Aaron was excellent all through the negotiations process and was able to help get us $2500 of the contracted price after the inspection took place. His response time through out negotiations had to be somewhere under 5 minutes and always broke down the communications between himself and the seller’s attorney so that I could fully comprehend them.
After negotiations I had issues with my bank as well as the sellers and he stayed on top of both of them for me, making sure I was aware of where we were in the process. It was the day before closing and thankfully Aaron caught some issues on the HUD that would have meant me bringing an additional $7000 to closing. He also aided in pushing closing date back once due to my bank and then once due to the sellers not having all the documentation for the home.
This was my first closing and I had no idea what was going on for the most part. Aaron sat down with me and my business partner and went through every single document we were signing and described them all in both legal and layman’s terms so we could comprehend. Aaron made closing the easiest thing about buying this house. My mortgage broker who has been in the business 25+ years even said “Aaron could not have described those documents any better than he did”.
We eventually plan on doing this several more times in the next few years and believe me after the experience with Aaron we plan on using him every time.
